Europe To America VGA Game Grading
Your games will be sent to VGA for grading.
Note: we ship games to CGA for VGA game grading every 8 weeks.
Next submission at the end of May.
The estimated processing time, according to VGA, is 75 working days.
- Your submitted game will be returned in the popular and respected VGA case.
- Only applies to standard sizes!
- Price is per game.
- Please note: The game should be worth $400 after grading. (Otherwise, VGA may impose upcharges on the submitted game, which we will then have to invoice you for.)
- Estimated delivery time is according to VGA and starts upon receipt at VGA.
By purchasing or submitting to this service you confirm that we are NOT liable for games opened by customs or similar. The price applies only to standard sizes; additional charges apply for non-standard sizes. If the sizes differ from your game, please send us an email and we'll help you choose and tell you the additional costs.

We have created a step-by-step guide for you so that we can answer most questions directly and guide you through the ordering process right up to the shipping of your cards.

Step 1: Order your grading service
- Select the desired grading service and the number of cards to be graded.
- Enter your personal details and delivery information at checkout (create a customer account if you don't already have one for more benefits).
- Choose the payment method that suits you best.
- Complete order.
Step 2: Shipping preparation
- You will receive a confirmation email of your order.
- You can optionally fill out the grade form linked below this step and include it with your package. This is now optional and no longer required.
- Please note that all your cards must be sent in a penny sleeve and a card saver. This is mandatory for submission to PSA, BGS, and CGC! You can also use newspaper or bubble wrap in the package you send your cards to us to prevent them from slipping and remain undamaged.
Step 3: Shipping
- Pack the cards you are sending in the package with newspaper and bubble wrap.
- If you wish, please include the card grade form in your package sent to us. (Not required)

Step 4: The Grading Process
- Your package will be taken from the packing station.
- Your package and cards will be removed from the package via video recording with the utmost security and care.
- Cards are prepared for grading at PSA, BGS and CGC.
- Preparation of the submission.
- Dispatch at the next submission date (usually at the beginning of each month)
- Weekly updates of your submission on the ETA-GS.com website. Updated every Monday. You can view these at any time under "Tracking Status" above.
- Your cards will be on their way back to you no later than one week after they arrive with us from PSA, BGS and CGC.
Some more information for you about VGA grading
VGA - Cleaning Upgrade
Have your item gently cleaned to remove dirt, debris, and sticky residue, if possible. For sticker removal, please indicate your request in the additional comments, as this is a separate service.
Please note that we prioritize the safety of your item over the outcome. Therefore, residues and soiling cannot always be removed. We strongly recommend cleaning all items before submitting them for evaluation.
VGA UV Upgrade
The standard cases are made of slightly UV-resistant acrylic. Choose this option to upgrade the acrylic material used in the included display case for your item to UV-resistant UF-5 material. UV-resistant UF-5 material blocks 99% of the harmful light spectrum and is commonly used in museums to protect highly valuable objects.
VGA Grading Summary Upgrade
A handwritten report containing a diagram of your item and listing specific defects. All reports are stamped with our official seal of authenticity.
Shipment
Your package will be sent directly to us in Cologne.
After we have secured and processed your shipment, we prepare your games for shipment to CGA for VGA grading.
At the top of the page, you'll see a timer for the next submission. If you submit your cards/games and they arrive before the timer expires, they'll be included in the monthly submission. Otherwise, your cards/games will be processed with the next submission. You'll receive an email when your cards/games have been received and processed for submission, so you'll know when we've processed them.
We love transparency! That's why you can see where your games are at any time on our site.
You will only be charged additionally at checkout for the return shipping of your games to you after we receive them back from VGA.

- Customs offices through return shipment
- Miscellaneous
