When will my PSA, BGS and CGC cards be shipped?

We ship to the USA every 15 days .

Every 15th of the month we ship the PSA Bulk and BGS Base Service.

On the 30th of every month , all services are sent out together.

Your cards must reach us before the timer at the top of our page expires to receive the appropriate submission. Otherwise, the cards will automatically be transferred to the next submission.

What is the status of my shipment? / Where are my cards?

You can always view the status of the months and the submission on our "Tracking Status" subpage.

What are the processing times? How long does the return take?

The processing times are always stated with the booked service. These always begin upon arrival at PSA/BGS/CGC. The time given is approximate, as the companies themselves state it as an estimate.

Important note : Each package has its own processing time. This means that if 3 of 5 bulk packages have been processed and are on their way back, the last 2 packages may take even longer. This is due to the grading companies and is beyond our control.

After the cards have been graded, it usually takes 1-2 weeks until the cards are back with us.
Note: Factors such as customs can delay the entire process by several weeks. This can always be tracked in the tracking status.

How should the tracking status be understood?

For each monthly submission, you can see the legend of the individual statuses.

Important note: If we send multiple packages, e.g., to PSA in bulk service, the average of the package statuses is always taken. For example, if 3 packages are at Q2 and 2 packages are printing labels, the shipment status is Q1.

Why do the packages come back differently?

Each package goes through its own processing cycle, from arrival - through processing - to return shipment to us.

Because of this, it may happen that one package is returned faster than another within the same service level, or even that a later package is returned earlier than the previous month. This is due to the grading companies, and we have no control over it.

It can also happen that a package has to be inspected during the delivery process, which can also affect the return time.

When does ETA send the cards after a submission has been returned?

Once we receive your submission, we ship your packages promptly. Typically, shipments are made within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your tracking number.

Note: The above only counts if all outstanding invoices have been paid, e.g. Pay Later / Upcharge.

Will my cards be included in the Send Off stream on Twitch?

If you have received confirmation of the arrival of your cards from us by email, your cards will be included in the next Send Off Stream and therefore also in the next shipment.

Note: Only PSA Bulk and BGS Base are shipped on the 15th of each month. All services are shipped on the 30th of each month.

Why aren't my cards visible in the send-off stream?

There can be several reasons for this:

  1. Your cards will arrive after the send-off stream.
  2. The cards are overlooked by you due to the large number in the send-off stream.
  3. The cards go into the next submission because they arrived too late.
  4. Other similar reasons.

The send-off stream serves as an additional service and not as a checklist or packing list. We therefore ask for your understanding. It is important that you read the email you receive when we process your cards and receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

Which services go out on the 15th of the month and which at the end of the month?

PSA Bulk and BGS Base Service are shipped on the 15th of the month.
The following services will be released on the 15th:
PPE BULK:
TCG BULK
VALUE BULK

BGS BASE:
BGS BASE

At the end of the month, however, ALL services will be discontinued, including those mentioned above.

By when do the cards have to be at ETA?

If you want to submit your cards for the 15th submission, your cards must be received by the 14th. If you want your cards to go out by the end of the month, your cards should be with us by the 29th or 30th of the month.

If your cards arrive after that, they will not be sent out until the next submission.

What if the 15th or 30th is a holiday or Sunday?

In case a holiday or Sunday falls on our deadline, make sure that your cards arrive with us before this date.

We want to strictly adhere to the routines of the bi-weekly submissions so that everyone is satisfied and happy and can plan better with the submissions.

Can card mix-ups occur?

At PSA, cards are submitted in a set order, which allows PSA to keep track and ensure that each card is processed correctly.

Of particular importance is that PSA always maintains the integrity of submitted cards. This means that cards are not mixed up during the submission process. This careful approach helps avoid confusion or errors and ensures that each card is handled correctly.

In addition, care is taken to ensure that cards that appear frequently in a single submission are distributed across different submissions.

We place particular emphasis on comprehensive documentation of submitted cards to ensure the condition of each individual card. For more valuable cards, we also take high-resolution photographs to accurately capture every detail.

Unfortunately, the process is a bit more complicated at BECKETT, as the cards don't come back sorted the way we sent them. However, we have developed our own systems to prevent card mix-ups.
