Europe To America VGA Game Grading
Your games will be sent to VGA for grading.
Note: we ship games to CGA for VGA game grading every 8 weeks.
Next submission at the end of May.
The estimated processing time, according to VGA, is 75 working days.
- Your submitted game will be returned in the popular and respected VGA case.
- Only applies to standard sizes!
- Price is per game.
- Please note: The game should be worth $400 after grading. (Otherwise, VGA may impose upcharges on the submitted game, which we will then have to invoice you for.)
- Estimated delivery time is according to VGA and starts upon receipt at VGA.
By purchasing or submitting to this service you confirm that we are NOT liable for games opened by customs or similar. The price applies only to standard sizes; additional charges apply for non-standard sizes. If the sizes differ from your game, please send us an email and we'll help you choose and tell you the additional costs.

We have created a step-by-step guide for you, so that we can answer most questions directly and accompany you through the ordering process up to the shipping of your cards.

Step 1: Ordering your grading service
- Select the desired grading service and the number of cards to be graded.
- Enter your personal data and delivery information at checkout (create a customer account if you don't have one yet, for more benefits).
- Choose the payment method that suits you best.
- Complete your order.
Step 2: Preparing for shipment
- You will receive a confirmation email for your order.
- You can optionally fill out the grading form linked under this step and include it in your package. This is now optional and no longer mandatory.
- Please ensure that all your cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a card saver; this is mandatory for submission to PSA, BGS, and CGC! Additionally, you can use newspaper or bubble wrap in the package you send your cards to us in, so that your cards do not shift and remain undamaged.
Step 3: Shipping
- Pack your cards to be submitted in the package with newspaper and bubble wrap.
- If you wish, include the card grading form in the package sent to us. (Optional)
- Send your package exclusively via DHL to the following address:

Simply write the order number clearly somewhere on the package! (You can find the order number in your confirmation email!)

Step 4: The grading process
- Your package is collected from the Packstation.
- Your package and your cards are removed from the package via video recording with the greatest security and care.
- Cards are prepared for grading at PSA, BGS, and CGC.
- Preparation of the submission.
- Shipping to the next submission deadline (usually at the beginning of each month).
- Weekly updates on your submission on the ETA-GS.com website. Updated every Monday. You can view these at any time above under Tracking Status.
- No later than one week after your cards arrive from PSA, BGS, and CGC at our facility, your cards will be on their way back to you.
Here is some more information for you regarding VGA grading.
VGA - Cleaning Upgrade
If possible, please gently clean your item to remove dirt, deposits, and sticky residue. If you would like labels removed, please specify this in the additional notes, as this is a separate service.
Please note that we must prioritize the safety of your item over the final result. Therefore, residue and dirt cannot always be removed. We strongly recommend cleaning all items before sending them in for evaluation.
VGA UV Upgrade
The standard cases are made of slightly UV-resistant acrylic. Select this option to upgrade the acrylic material of the display case included with your item to UV-resistant UF-5 material. The UV-resistant UF-5 material blocks 99% of the harmful light spectrum and is commonly used in museums to protect highly important items.
VGA Grading Summary Upgrade
A handwritten report that includes a diagram of your item and lists specific defects. All reports are provided with our official seal of authenticity.
Shipping
You ship your package directly to us in Cologne.
Once we have secured and processed your shipment, we will prepare your games for shipment to CGA for VGA grading.
You will see a timer at the top of the page for the next submission. If you send in your cards/games and they arrive at our facility before the timer expires, they will be included in that month's submission. Otherwise, your cards/games will be processed with the next submission. You will receive an email once your cards/games have been received and processed for submission, so you know when your items have been handled by us.
We love transparency! That is why you can see the current status of your games on our website at any time.
At checkout, you will only be charged for the return shipping of your games to you after we have received them back from VGA.

Unfortunately, the stated processing times can be significantly changed/influenced by the following factors:
- Processing by PSA/BGS/CGC/VGA
- Customs offices due to inbound and outbound shipping
- Other
We do our best to ensure everything runs quickly, but unfortunately, our hands are sometimes tied. We hope for your understanding in this matter.
