Your cards will be sent to PSA for you to grade.
The card you submit must not exceed a maximum card value of $999 after grading.
Estimated turnaround time, according to PSA, is 45-90 days.
Your submitted card will be returned in the popular and well-regarded PSA sleeve.
It will also be visible in a high-resolution SecureScan of the front and back of the graded card via the PSA page/app.

We have created a step-by-step guide for you, so that we can answer most questions directly and accompany you through the ordering process up to the shipping of your cards.

Step 1: Ordering your grading service
- Select the desired grading service and the number of cards to be graded.
- Enter your personal data and delivery information at checkout (create a customer account if you don't have one yet, for more benefits).
- Choose the payment method that suits you best.
- Complete your order.
Step 2: Preparing for shipment
- You will receive a confirmation email for your order.
- You can optionally fill out the grading form linked under this step and include it in your package. This is now optional and no longer mandatory.
- Please ensure that all your cards are shipped in a penny sleeve and a card saver; this is mandatory for submission to PSA, BGS, and CGC! Additionally, you can use newspaper or bubble wrap in the package you send your cards to us in, so that your cards do not shift and remain undamaged.
Step 3: Shipping
- Pack your cards to be submitted in the package with newspaper and bubble wrap.
- If you wish, include the card grading form in the package sent to us. (Optional)
- Send your package exclusively via DHL to the following address:

Simply write the order number clearly somewhere on the package! (You can find the order number in your confirmation email!)

Step 4: The grading process
- Your package is collected from the Packstation.
- Your package and your cards are removed from the package via video recording with the greatest security and care.
- Cards are prepared for grading at PSA, BGS, and CGC.
- Preparation of the submission.
- Shipping to the next submission deadline (usually at the beginning of each month).
- Weekly updates on your submission on the ETA-GS.com website. Updated every Monday. You can view these at any time above under Tracking Status.
- No later than one week after your cards arrive from PSA, BGS, and CGC at our facility, your cards will be on their way back to you.
Some information for you
Shipment
Your package will be sent directly from you to us in Cologne.
After we have secured and processed your shipment, we prepare your cards for shipment to BGS.
It is important that your cards reach us 3 days before the end of each month so that we can document and prepare your cards. Then, 14 days later at the latest, all cards go out to BGS.
We love transparency! That's why you can see where your cards are currently on our site at any time.
At checkout you will only be charged for the return shipping to you for your cards after we have received them back from BGS.
Processing time
Unfortunately, the processing times stated can be significantly changed/influenced by the following factors:
- Processing by PSA/BGS/CGC/WATA
- Customs offices through return shipment
- Miscellaneous
We're doing our best to make things happen quickly, but unfortunately, sometimes our hands are tied. We hope for your understanding.
Card Grade Form
The card grade form is particularly important for our documents and for securely documenting your cards.
You will receive the form on your e-mail address after your order. The easiest way is to fill it out digitally, print it out and simply enclose it with the package that you send to us.
Then nothing stands in the way of your degree.
