We love that you are excited about your games and want to know the grades as soon as possible. For this reason, we always ensure that we return your games to you as quickly as it is in our power to do so.

The send-off and return streams for games and cards are always shared spontaneously on Instagram (@eta.gs), as we depend on the wait times of the submissions.

We are happy when you are happy! Therefore, please bear with us if we cannot respond to every individual grading or order via DM. We hope you understand.

    Games in grading
    The games are being graded. They have been individually verified so that each item can be correctly identified on the VGA label.

    Return shipping VGA to ETA
    The submission is on its way back to us and usually takes 1-2 weeks. If the package is inspected by customs first, the arrival of the package is often delayed by approx. 4 weeks. We ask for your understanding in this regard.

    All shipments are back with customers
    We have processed the return from VGA and sent them directly back to their owners.
