Customers who commission ETA-GS can assume and expect the following:

All ETA - GS premises are dry, clean, and protected from excessive light. All rooms are cleaned regularly, as needed, and professionally.

All items sent to ETA - GS by customers, mainly so-called collective
Cards are handled and stored with the utmost care by ETA - GS.

The articles sent will be individually and carefully unpacked by ETA - GS and
registered for the associated customer account .

The cards must be left in their original condition upon receipt of the items . The condition of all cards sent to ETA - GS and the unpacking process are documented with high-resolution photos and videos .

All items are professionally stored by ETA - GS during their entire stay at ETA - GS and protected from theft or other external influences such as water, sun, mold or fire .

ETA - GS organizes, coordinates and documents the status of the items provided by the customer.

ETA - GS itself does not carry out any grading and does not provide any binding statements regarding the grading process.

The status and value assessment, as well as the subsequent documentation of items, is referred to as grading. Item grading is performed by a specialized, professional grading company. ETA - GS has no influence on the grading results.

Customers can select one or more grading companies and the desired service.

If customers do not make their own selections, ETA - GS will commission a grading company to perform the grading. If the grading companies selected by the customer fail to complete the assignment, ETA - GS will also commission an available grading company to grade the items. Unless the customer has expressly agreed to a different procedure with ETA - GS.

All items are carefully prepared for shipping by ETA - GS in accordance with the specifications of the contracted grading company . ETA - GS handles communication with the international grading companies throughout the entire grading process and serves as the customer's sole point of contact for all questions and complaints .

After the actual grading process has been completed and the evaluated articles have been returned to ETA - GS , customers will be actively contacted via the communication channel they have chosen ( e - mail , SMS , WhatsApp , etc . )

The items will be insured by ETA - GS , including the enclosed grading results , and returned by post to the address of the customer who placed the order .

Customers have the option of using a tracking system to view all processing steps and the current location of their cards online at any time .

In exceptional cases, customers can arrange an appointment to pick up their items in person . During this pickup appointment, customers can have the results of their card grading explained to them by ETA - GS staff . ETA - GS expressly does not provide consulting services .
If the commissioned grading company fails to grade the cards, the cards will be insured for a maximum of five hundred (500) euros without grading results and returned by DHL to the customer's address . Any resulting costs are to be borne by the recipient. These costs may include, for example:

• Customs dutiesETA - GS actively manages errors and is always ready to eliminate potential sources of error and simplify processes . ETA - GS is very proud that the error rate in processing customer requests tends toward zero .

Customers select the desired service on the ETA-GS homepage and enter selectable attributes for the item. The selection process is described using collector cards as an example:

The cards must be sent to ETA - GS in a card saver and a penny sleeve . This format is mandatory for grading by PSA.
If ETA - GS receives the cards from the customer in a case or toploader, the cards will not be accepted for grading, or an agreement will be reached whereby ETA - GS will professionally and properly repackage the cards for a fee. The resulting costs can be found in the current price list.

ETA - GS reserves the right to exclude its own service offers for items that do not fall within the specified criteria scheme, without giving reasons.
